What is an Oblea?
Oblea is a dessert typical of Colombia and other Latin American countries. Obleas are thin and crispy wafers characterised by their round shape and a slightly brown colour. They are spread with arequipe, the Colombian caramel sauce and a variety of fillings such as fruit jams, whipped cream or grated cheese.
